To Our Patients:

Referrals:

To prevent any delays in care or billing, please submit your referral at least seven business days before your appointment.

For Endocrinology appointments: Contact your PCP before your scheduled appointment to confirm approval of referral.

Prior Authorizations/Pre-certifications for Procedures:

Our referral specialists work diligently to have your authorization/pre-certification completed promptly. If your provider has ordered a procedure needing prior authorization/pre-certification, please allow three business days for processing. Our referral team will assist patients in the office on/the same day for urgent procedure requests by providers.

Medication refills:

Between appointments, use MyChart for refill requests – complete the request form or call your pharmacy (Please note: the pharmacist will contact our office). Please have all your medication’s names and the pharmacy information available at the time of visit.

To request and compete refill request form via MyChart.

We do not refill prescriptions on the weekends. It is best to request refills Monday through Thursday. To refill certain medications may require an appointment.

Blood work and results:

There is a LabCorp drawing station in our office. This service is available for most insurance plans. However, your insurance plan may require you to use another lab for the lowest cost. We can order laboratory studies at any laboratory.
